It’s your choice – by creating your own team of representatives, you will increase your earnings even further by becoming a Team Leader or Business Manager. As you introduce others to the opportunities of ENVY Jewellery, you will increase your own income – by receiving additional monthly bonus cheques on top of the rebates you earn from your personal sales.  You earn a percentage of each of your team members’ sales. As your team grows, you will profit.
 
Here is what you can earn when you become a Team Leader or Business Manager.
 
Team Leader - earn an extra 5% of the total retail sales volume from your first line representatives in that month.

Business Manager - earn an extra 5% on your personal sales in addition to the standard generous sales rebate of between 2-35%. In addition, Business Managers earn a team bonus based on the total retail sales volume as follows:
 
- 7% for 1st line representatives
- 5% for 2nd line representatives
- 3% for 3rd line representatives
- 2% for 4th line representatives
- 1% for 5th line representatives
