Our 365 day Guarantee
We are so confident in our jewellery that if you do not believe our cubic zirconias look and feel like top quality diamonds, you may send it back within one year for an immediate refund or replacement. (This guarantee does not cover items that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way).
Our One Year Warranty
As designers we are meticulous when it comes to producing beautiful, fine jewellery. We use only the best components so you can be sure each piece of ENVY Jewellery has been crafted to the highest possible standard. All of our products are covered by a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem with your purchase simply return it to be repaired or replaced free of charge. (Items that display damage due to abuse or accident are not covered by this warranty).
Items being returned due to Gold plating problems within the one year guarantee may be returned for the free replating service. They cannot be exchanged for other items. If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, ENVY, at its option, will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in-stock item of equal or greater value
The ENVY One Year Warranty will apply under the following conditions:
- Any manufacturing defects in craftsmanship that compromise the integrity of the structure of the jewellery like missing gemstones or faulty setting.
- We are so confident about the quality of our cubic zirconia gemstones that they are also covered by our one year guarantee to maintain their original brilliance and lustre. They are also guaranteed against cracking or chipping under normal wear.
- If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, ENVY, at its option, will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in stock item of equal or greater value. Original receipt must be presented for guarantee to apply.
- Any items that display damage due to abuse, accident or misuse will not be covered under the warrantee. Work performed on ENVY jewellery by anyone other than ENVY will void any and all warranties, expressed or implied.
