The following table shows the discount and rebates you could earn depending on the number of parties you hold each month and the average retail sales in that month. |

- By Achieving monthly personal sales of $0-$1,999 you will earn an extra 20% making your total retail sales in that month.
- By Achieving monthly personal sales of $2,000-$2,999 you will earn an extra 10% making your total monthly earnings 30% in that month.
- By Achieving monthly personal sales of $3,000+ you will earn another 5% making your total monthly earnings 35% in that month.

Introduce others to the Envy Jewellery opportunity and receive additional monthly bonus cheques on top of the rebates you earn from your personal sales.
By forming your own team you will earn a monthly bonus on the sales made by all the representatives in your team, in addition to your own sales. As your team grows you will profit.
Here is what you can earn when you become a Team Leader or Business Manager.
Team Leader
-earn and extra 5% of the total retail sales volume from your first line representatives in that month.
Business Manager
-earn an extra 5% on your personal sales in addition to the standard generous sales rebate of between 2-35% an earn a team bonus of:
- 7% of the total retail sales volume for your 1st line representatives
- 5% of the total retail sales volume for your 2nd line representatives
- 3% of the total retail sales volume for your 3rd line representatives
- 2% of the total retail sales volume for your 4th line representatives
- 1% of the total retail sales volume for your 5th line representatives |

Rewards for our Hosts
ENVY Jewellery says thank you to our host and offers very generous rewards as follows.
1. Our host may select an item of their choice for half price just for having the party.
2. ENVY jewellery hosts also receive FREE shopping dollars based on party sales.
3. Envy Jewellery Hosts also receive FREE shopping dollars for each confirmed booking from their parties.
1st Booking = $50
2nd Booking = $50
3rd Booking = $100
That is the total of $200 of FREE jewellery with just 3 confirmed bookings.
4. With more than 10 people purchasing (including orders from outside the party) the host can also choose another item for half price from our entire range..

-Minimum of $250 in party sales to qualify for FREE shopping dollars (excluding half price items)

These include Induction Training for those just starting out on their journey with ENVY Jewellery and courses that will give you the skills to grow your business. If you are wishing to progress up the career plan ladder, special training and development courses for leaders and managers are made available to you. All our training courses promise a fun day of interaction and learning and of course an opportunity to meet and network with other excited Representatives. |
